Terms and Conditions
These will be at the client’s place of work whenever possible. If this is not practical, an alternative location, that is convenient for the attendees, will need to be arranged by the client. Any additional costs resulting from an alternative location will be covered by the client.
At the time of booking the client will need to specify whether they want to book a workshop for upto 12 people at the flat rate price or for a smaller specified number at the per person rate.
No individual medical advice or formal counselling will be provided by Williams Stress Management. One-on-one sessions will offer stress related support and advice only.
Please use the ‘contact us’ section on the website to ask for further information and to discuss potential dates. Once a workshop date has been arranged, an invoice will be sent. Payment will be required at least 7 days before the arranged date, whenever possible. Once payment has been received a receipt will be sent to the client.
Reasonable travel expenses will be added to the cost of the option/s ordered by the client. These can be discussed at the initial meeting and will be detailed on the invoice.
3. Refund Policy
If the workshop is cancelled by the client more than a week prior to the arranged date, there will be a 50% refund. If it is cancelled fewer than 7 days prior to the date, there will be no refund. There will be a full refund if Williams Stress Management has to cancel the workshop. This would only happen in emergency situations. If an arranged date is no longer suitable, every effort will be made to find an alternative.
No refreshments will be provided by Williams stress Management.
5. General Data Protection Regulations
In light of new regulations in May 2018, Williams Stress Management would like to assure clients that very minimal information will be obtained, it will be held on a computer with no unauthorised users and will never be sent to third parties.
